The Commons Foundation, Little Compton, RI ANNOUNCES POSITIVE 2024 RESULTS

The Commons Foundation, an organization dedicated to increasing homeownership potential for middle income families and seniors in Little Compton, today announced the successful completion of its initial independent audit for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024 after achieving 501 (c) 3 status on November 28, 2024. The audit, conducted by Mystic Accounting Group, was a clean opinion audit and affirmed the strength of the organization’s financial health.
Key highlights from the audit include:
- Growth of over $500,000 in assets in the final month of 2024, demonstrating our donors’ prioritization of TCF’s mission in their philanthropic giving.
- A 95% rate of pledge fulfillment, demonstrating the commitment of our donors to TCF’s mission.
- A 5% of assets used for administrative purposes, maximizing every dollar for our mission.
- Confirmation of internal controls and reporting procedures: This underscores our dedication to transparency and accountability.
