The Commons Foundation provides educational programs and funds to help significantly increase the stock of community housing in town, focusing on home ownership for the working middle class, and provide community education in the financial implications of home ownership.
The Population We Serve Includes:
- Households with incomes up to 140% of the Providence-Fall River Area Median Income for their sized family
- Households can spend up to 40% of income for housing costs (mortgage, taxes and insurance)
- Households with children in LC schools, working, living, or desiring to live in Little Compton
