Attainable Housing Amendment Approved

On July 25, the Little Compton Town Council voted unanimously the approve the Attainable Housing Ordinance as proposed by the Planning Board without any substantive changes. The correction of three minor formatting errors will be confirmed at the next Council meeting. The Public Hearing that preceded the vote was robust, extensive, and civil. The Commons Foundation thanks all of the hard working citizens who made this Ordinance strong and forward-looking. We will post the final version on our web site by August 10.
